I thank Data Science PH meetup group for the opportunity to hold a talk and introduce Cybersecurity + Data Science. This session is held at one of PenBrother’s co-working offices. Cool office by the way. This is probably one of my last talks as part of Trend Micro, so I made sure I prepared this one good.

We had a healthy mix of industries from the audience, mobile and web technologies, advertising, e-commerce, telecommunications, healthcare… But all data geeks. It’s great.

Sure, I think I shocked some people because of the subject matter, but there are a lot nodding heads and smiling faces. Turns out, a very specific field such as cybersecurity had some common points with their fields. I took energy and pride in that. Maybe I’ll meet some of them again in the future.
